Includes a shopping list and placement guide. Booked per wall, charged per revision.
Custom Amenities List
$75 per room
Your Short Term Rental is nearly complete! But you must make sure that you have the amenities necessary to make your guests feel comfortable and welcome. It's tedious, but you know that going above and beyond is the name of the game to get those 5-star reviews!
I will supply you with a shopping list of amenities with links, so all you will need to do is click "Purchase"! The style, quantity and budget of each item is tailored to your listing.
Personal Shopper Add-On
$125 per hour
This option can be added to any other service. After the shopping list and design are approved by you, I will purchase and schedule deliveries for all items on the list.
This saves you time and headache by allowing me to do the legwork for you. I will ensure that everything is ordered to spec and in time to arrive by install day. All you have to do is be there on delivery day!
