The Process

1

30- Minute Consultation

This call will give us the opportunity to get to know one another, for you to ask any questions you have, tell me all about your vision and what you need help with. One of the ways in which I can provide exceptional value is through good communication, setting a proper budget and aligning on realistic timelines.

I want to help you live a better life through great design and this first consultation gets us off on the right foot so that I can provide you with the best possible experience. Schedule your call today!

2

Contract &  Questionnaire

Once we have decided to work together, (yay!), I will send you our Design Agreement & Design Questionnaire.

The first just requires your signature for my files. The second is in intake form to help me better understand your aesthetic, budget, lifestyle and so much more. It's fun and should only take you about 5 - 15 minutes to complete. Once I receive those, we will be ready to get the ball rolling!

As Built Measurements

I Work, You Wait

One of the most important part of creating a good design that is beautiful and functional is getting familiar with the space. One way that I do that is by getting accurate measurements and drawing up an initial floor plan to ground myself in the layout of the existing space.

If we are working virtually, I'll send you a guide to measure the area. If you are located in Portland, I will come to you to see your space in person and get detailed measurements of each space we're working on. This is another opportunity to chat and get into a little more detail about what you're looking to make sure I include it in the design.

After finalizing the conceptual floorplan and get a go-ahead from you, I get to work on the details of your project. This includes sourcing, researching, rendering, drawing, budgeting, shopping list creation, mood board creation etc.

Depending on the level of detail, size of the space, budget and scheduling - this part can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks.

We'll refine this timeline in the Consultation and Contract. :)

First Design Delivery!

This is your first look at what I've created from everything you've given me.!

You'll receive an email with your Design Deck, Shopping List and Design Plan. Once you've had a chance to look everything over, we'll schedule a call or a meeting to talk about revisions or next steps.

I want to make sure that your final Design Plan is exactly what you were hoping for so that when you implement the design, it's exactly what you envisioned. Sometimes, some small edits or tweaks need to be made in order to make that a reality.

During our meeting, you'll have the opportunity to provide feedback and ask for some changes to the initial design. I'll take everything you've told me into account and work on creating a design that better aligns with these new details.

7

Final Design Delivery

At last, you'll receive the final, revised version of your Design Deck, Shopping List and Design Installation Guide. You're ready to purchase, install and start living your best, life - in a home that supports your unique needs and style.
