Custom Design Package
$125 per hour
The first step of the design process is a 30 minute consultation call to get to know one other, define the scope of the project, and answer your questions. After this complimentary introduction call, I will send you a Design Questionnaire and Project Agreement. You will take measurements of the space and provide necessary details. Once complete, I will begin your design. A typical project includes:
- Conceptual mood board to align on the overall aesthetic
- 1 furniture layout per room
- 1 mock-up per room
- Detailed shopping list
- Unlimited revisions within the defined scope
- Custom amenities guide
- List of three highly-rated installers in your area with contact information

Paint, Wallpaper & Art Selection
$100 per wall, per revision
Already have the perfect furniture, and amenities but the walls feel blank, boring, and uninspired? Let me help! I will provide you with a Mini-Style Quiz to assess the vibe you are going for and take it from there. Anything from accent walls, feature walls, gallery walls, or focal point walls. This option is all about dressing up those walls. Includes a shopping list and placement guide.
Custom Amenities List
$50 per room
Your Short Term Rental is nearly complete! All you need is to make sure that you have the amenities necessary to make your guests feel comfortable and welcome. It's tedious, but you know that going above and beyond is the name of the game to get those 5-star reviews!
I will supply you with a shopping list of amenities with links, so all you will need to do is click "Purchase"! The style, quantity and budget of each item is tailored to your listing.
